Service Consulting

We charge as per the actual upon completion of the consulting services, since it depends on your need. Normally we charge at the rate of USD 30 an hour for service consulting. With regard to quotation requests no fee will be applicable against it.

Payment Terms :

50% upfront on all projects and remaining on completion of the projects. With regard to the real time projects 25% upfront will be collected depending upon the quantum of the project and remaining payments will be collected as per the works completed.

Exchange and Refund Policy :

Should you find a product that you have received from us unsatisfactory, we expect you to be able to tell us why), and of course we will refund your payment after a period of 60 days from the time of acceptance of refund by us via official email.

However where we consider that an order has been made in a way which is not entirely honest (as happens from time to time), we further reserve the right to make an administration charge (below).

In all case's where a refund is offered we reserve the right to demand the return of the supplied product at your own expense.
We reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative or to provide a refund at our discretion.

When we offer a refund we further reserve the right to make an administration charge that will never exceed 50% of the order value.

In case we have signed a contract to provide full refund, the above norms of charges will apply in these cases as well. Remaining if any will be processed accordingly.

Secure payments :

All payments will be made through internationally secure arrangements provided by Western Union, Remit2india, Bank to bank Transfer (ICICI) within industry accepted secure environments and with adequate facility to cancel payment or to make contact with us for clarification through the e-mail address published.

If any part, term or provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected.

These Terms will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and all parties to this Agreement submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.
